Job description

– Billing, validation, printing and verification of the correctness of the documents related to the orders made by the sales agents;
– Making corrections in the case of partially delivered orders;
– Issuance of correction invoices according to the received requests.

Requirements

– Secondary education (preferably in the field of Economics);
– Very good communication and organization skills;
– Team spirit;
– Professional behavior, dynamism and responsibility;
– Very good adaptive capacity;
– Sense of observation;
– Computer knowledge (MS Office).

Job description

– To identify and contact potential partners and to manage the requests of the customers;
– To develop the customer network and to maintain good relationships with the existing customers;
– To provide commercial and technical assistance for choosing the optimum joinery variant according to the customers’ needs;
– To maintain the business relations with customers throughout the duration of the contract;
– To transmit quotations and technical details of orders and to follow their implementation;
– To be responsible for the preparation and transmission of tax documents.

Requirements

– Good communication and negotiation skills;
– Sales experience of at least 3 years (Sales experience in the field of PVC, aluminum joinery or related areas);
– Technical knowledge in the field of constructions;
– Computer knowledge (Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet, Winarhi – joinery configuration program, Autocad);
– Higher education completed;
– Driving license – category B.
